Assays

Isoformix offers analysis of apolipoproteins from human plasma, serum, and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) using mass spectrometry-based assays*:

• ApoE detects the three apoE isoforms (E2, E3, E4), their ratios, and the isoform-specific glycosylation. 
• ApoC-I and C-II detects truncated isoforms and their ratios to the native proteins. 
• ApoC-III detects multiple glycoforms and their ratios. 
• Clusterin (apoJ) detects glycoforms of the protein.
• Serum Amyloid A (SAA) detects multiple protein isoforms and gene products and their ratios.
• ApoA-1 detects the allelic variations and post-translational modifications of the protein.

These assays were recently demonstrated and utilized in larger cohorts. 

< 10 samples: $300/assay

< 50 samples: $250/assay

< 200 samples: $200/assay

> 200 samples: $150/assay

We also offer analysis of serum amyloid A (SAA) using ELISA assay*, at $50/assay, plus $500 one-time only assay set up fee.
